We have many stock color option for your reference. Custom color by Pantone solid coated color chart is accepted for silk printing. Or CMYK color for UV/full color printing.

Yes. We will always save your design and keep the mold for 1 year, the mold fees are ONE TIME setup charges. Once we create your mold, you can use it as many times as you like at no cost for future orders. As long as you keep the same design there is never any new molding fees.

Usually the taxes or duties are not included in our quotation, which varies depending on the customs regulations of your country.

If you find products that are defective or short in quantity, please advise us within 7 days after you have received the order, we will advise if a return is necessary.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will reproduce the items and send them along with your other orders together if that is not urgent. or refund based on the extent of the damage, does not cover damage caused by human factors, accident, misuse of the product.
